1. First Flush teas grown during March-April in Darjeeling region are famous worldwide for their delicate aroma and taste. Almost the whole production of Darjeeling First Flush tea is exported to Europe, Japan etc, and only a small quantity is available for domestic market.
2. These are First Flush Black teas from an organic tea estate in Darjeeling.
3. Only the top bud and two leaves are used which is termed as ‘Premium Pluck’
4. Darjeeling First Flush Black teas can be enjoyed any time during the day. Taken without milk, these teas are fairly close to Green teas in terms of health benefits.
5. Whole Leaf teas release their extracts slowly. Therefore, these teas are meant to be used two times. Also, Whole Leaf teas require large space to unfurl. Therefore, these teas come either in loose packs, or in pyramid shpaed teabags.
